Humanitarian Association "Bukovačko srce" has started its activities in 2010. year when they organized the first charity event Bukovac. The aim was to show that he still has a beautiful and positive things around us, and that man is man's best friend.

The objectives of the association are directed towards the organization humantarian events to raise funds for those in need, public forums to help citizens of Croatia for their public and personal needs, developing a more international cooperation on humanitarian work and the achievement of cooperation with related associations and organizations in Croatia and outside it. Its assets are acquired through donations and voluntary contributions to business and personal payments from individuals, membership dues and other sources in accordance with the law.

The association has behind them the two great humanitarian sporting event: "Bukovačko srce 2010" and "Bukovačko srce 2011". Both events are covered thematically: sport section (tournament football, basketball, table tennis, darts, Bela cards), the humanitarian part: raising the visitor through the purchase of T-shirts and badges (with print theme events), organized a barbecue and refreshments, children's play area (logical and didactic games) and family corner (the aim was to strengthen the links between family members and beyond), part of the music (a concert soloist with area Bukovac) Cultural and artistic Association Bukovac (Tamburaši), sports clubs Bukovac Taekwondo and Tai Box Dubrava (demonstration and sparring fighting), Zagreb MAJORETTES.

The goal of both events was to gather funds for the necessities ("Bukovačko srce 2010" The funds were to Lovro Vastina - disabled child with high needs, "Bukovačko srce 2011" The funds were for the purchase of equipment for the association KRILA therapeutic horseback riding for all children who attend the their programs - over 100 users).

Further development and operation of the association is the Humanitarian-socio-educational direction for the citizens of the Republic of Croatia (psychological workshops for young parents, developing educational programs with institutions in order to further monitor and work with gifted children and youth, sports charity events, etc.
Bukovačko Srce Association is a local partner of the Foundation for Youth and the Beehive Centre 49-FortyNine.
